ºù«Ӱҵ Capital Index Concepts

ºù«Ӱҵ Capital’s Index Concepts demonstrate the power of investing in companies at the forefront of stakeholder value creation. Each concept is constructed from our proprietary ºù«Ӱҵ analysis, which evaluates how the nation’s largest corporations perform on the Issues that matter most to Americans today.Ìý

Incepted on December 31, 2021, these indexes provide powerful evidence that investors need not sacrifice returns to support companies doing right by all their stakeholders. Just business is better business, and investors can realize returns that are at minimum consistent with – and often better than – what they would earn with in benchmark indexes.

ºù«Ӱҵ U.S. Large Cap Diversified Index (JULCD) / ºù«Ӱҵ ETFÌý

Our flagship index – the ºù«Ӱҵ U.S. Large Cap Diversified Index (JULCD) – began live trading in November 2016 and tracks the top 50% of Russell 1000 companies ranked by ºù«Ӱҵ Capital by industry, and is constructed to match its industry weights. It has consistently outperformed the benchmark over that period.

On June 13, 2018, Goldman Sachs Asset Management launched theÌýÌý(Ticker: ºù«Ӱҵ), which seeks to provide investment results that closely correspond, before fees and expenses, to the performance of the JULCD. TheÌýºù«Ӱҵ ETF ended its first day as one of the most successful ESG ETF launches to date, and was awarded the Best New ESG ETF by ETF.com.Ìý

ºù«Ӱҵ 100 (JUONETR)

The ºù«Ӱҵ 100 Index (JUONETR) was constructed to track ºù«Ӱҵ Capital’s top performing companies. It is an equal weighted Index that launched in March 2019, and includes the top 100 Russell 1000 companies ranked by ºù«Ӱҵ Capital in its most recent annual Ranking.Ìý

On January 1, 2020 ºù«Ӱҵ Capital and launched the ºù«Ӱҵ Capital series of four formula-driven strategies leveraging ºù«Ӱҵ Capital’s sustainable equity research. Each strategy combines the research and rankings of ºù«Ӱҵ Capital with the formulaic philosophy of . This asset management approach systematically reviews, reallocates, and rebalances portfolio holdings monthly in accordance with the strategy’s predetermined formula. This non-emotional approach helps investors to know what they own, why they own it, and what will trigger a change.
